• Registration is required for participants ages 2+. Registration includes one adult.

• Children under 2 years of age accompanying a paying participant are free of charge.

• The program takes place indoors and outdoors, rain or shine, for varying durations of time. Dress appropriately for the weather. You will be contacted in the case of cancellation due to extreme weather.

• Registration closes at 9:45am the morning of the program date.

• Children cannot participate in both Magic Mornings and Nature Pioneers within the same week as the activities are similar.

Cancellation Policy:

• Registration fees for Magic Mornings are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend the program, you may transfer to another date if you contact us at least two business days prior to the program date. To transfer, email Melissa Eldridge at melissa@briarbush.org.

• This is a drop-off program; participants must come prepared with a backpack, water bottle, and full change of clothes.

• Children cannot participate in both Magic Mornings and Nature Pioneers within the same week as the activities are similar.

• This program is open to children in Grades K-5. Depending on overall enrollment, children may remain together as one mixed-age group or be divided into two groups by age.

• The program will take place both indoors and outdoors, rain or shine, for varying durations of time.

  • Please dress appropriately for the weather. You will be contacted in the case of cancellation due to extreme weather.

  • The indoor portions of the program will take place in both accessible and non-accessible spaces.

  • Trail surfaces include asphalt (accessible), woodchips, gravel, compacted soil, exposed roots, and/or water bars. The trails may be sloped/uneven.

• Program Participation Requirements

    • refillable water bottle

    • non-refrigerated/no-heat lunch and snacks

    • weather-appropriate clothing/gear (rain jacket/boots, sunscreen, insect repellent, snow gear/boots)

    • full change of clothes (shirt, pants, underwear, socks, shoes) as participants may get extremely wet/dirty during activities

  • Parents/guardians must be reachable by phone at all times during program hours in case of an incident or emergency. Please add Briar Bush Nature Center (215-887-6603) to your contacts.​

Cancellation Policy:

• If you cancel the program 15 days or more before its start date, you will receive an 80% refund (20% service fee). No refunds will be issued within 14 days of the program start date. To cancel, email Melissa Eldridge at melissa@briarbush.org.
